Link is the main character of the Legend of Zelda series and its spin-offs. He is an acclaimed swordsman and the best friend of Princess Zelda, and as such, he is the most powerful hero in Hyrule. Link is an incredibly versatile character, able to transform into different forms in order to fight the game’s most dangerous enemies. In 2D games, he wears a green tunic and cap, while 3D games see him wearing a light blue Champion’s Tunic. He is also canonically left-handed, and is often seen wielding the Master Sword.

Link was born and raised in Hyrule Castle, the home of the King of Hyrule. As a child, he dreamed of becoming a great hero and saving his hometown from the evil Calamity Ganon. He is a talented swordsman, and his impressive skill earned him the respect of the Master Sword and the ability to take down some of Calamity Ganon’s most powerful minions.

After defeating Ganon, Link is thrown into another world called the Oracle of Seasons, where he is found by a dancer named Din and taken in by her troupe. However, General Onox discovers that Din is in fact the Oracle of Seasons, and he imprisons her, throwing the seasons into chaos. A mysterious Wind Mage named Vaati appears to help Link restore the seasons. The young hero must travel across the land of Holodrum and collect eight Essences of Nature scattered in Website QQROYAL various dungeons, then find the Temple of Seasons in Subrosia and use the Rod of Seasons to manually control the seasons.

During the Picori Festival, Link meets Princess Zelda and finds out that the Demon King has returned. As a result, he must save his own world and rescue Navi, the companion of Zelda. Link possesses the Ocarina of Time and can play its Song of Time, which allows him to relive three days over again in order to prevent the Moon from crashing into Clock Town at the end of Day 3. Throughout his journey, he encounters several magical masks that allow him to transform into other characters, such as a rock-like Goron, a petite plant-like Deku Scrub, or a graceful aquatic Zora.

In Oracle of Ages, Link is summoned from Hyrule to the strange land of Labrynna. He soon comes across a woman named Nayru, the Oracle of Ages, who is being attacked by monsters. He successfully scares them off and helps her search for a man called Veran, who, after passing a block that only Link could move, becomes possessed by the Dark Sorceress, altering the past and ruining the future.

In the The Wind Waker, Link is once again drawn into a war between island inhabitants and the powerful villain Ganondorf. He must recover the Triforce and the Master Sword before the full power of Calamity Ganon is unlocked. In the course of his adventure, he is forced to confront his past self and reclaim the Rod of Seasons to regain the power to defeat him. In addition, he must solve challenging puzzles in a series of dungeons and meet a cast of characters from both the past and present.
